Payments

I accept payments via paypal.com including all major credit cards. I also offer seamless checkout via Stripe. Your credit card statement will show the billing as "raingirldesigns.com" or a shortened version of that. Sales tax is collected and remitted by BigCartel.

Shipping

All my items are made and ready to ship! Most times I can get items shipped out within 24-48 hours unless otherwise noted. US Shipping: items are shipping out via USPS. You will recieve a tracking number when your item ships. Most items are recieved within 7 business days but please be aware that there can be delivery delays due to the postal service due to weather or other factors.

Returns and exchanges

I want my buyers to be happy with their purchases. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. They must be in original, resalable condition. The buyer pays for return shipping and will only receive a refund of the item cost. Lost, missing or damaged in transit items: Please inform me at once to any issues.
